PsiFray Tech Upgraded to JavaFX 8

The PsiFray CRPG is now using the current JavaFX 8 platform and the Excelsior JET 11 build-and-deploy tool. This was a seamless upgrade leveraging existing assets and code/logic. Some minor display/performance issues from JavaFX 2 (with or without workarounds) have now been satisfactorily resolved.
